About Paul Cale Shihan
Paul Cale Shihan brings over 40 years of extensive experience in self-defense, making him one of the most respected figures in the martial arts and self-defense community. A retired Commando Sergeant and former leader of the Australian Special Forces team, Paul Cale Shihan has dedicated his life to mastering and teaching the art of survival.
His unique approach combines both mental and physical training to develop a survival mindset, self-awareness, and alertness to surroundings. Paul Cale Shihan holds black belts in eight distinct fighting systems, a testament to his diverse expertise and commitment to martial arts.
Paul Cale Shihan is also the developer of the Australian Commando Integrated Combat package, a program so effective that it is now used to train US Special Forces.
